3 Ingredient Breakfast Cookies (no bake)

1/2 cup of nut butter

1/2 cup of raw coconut

  1. Blend the dates in your food processor. Add nut butter and coconut flakes.
  2. Roll into 1 inch balls, flatten, and refrigerate!

(we also like to roll our our dough and cut out shapes, like this fun heart!)
